The service center at Edd Kirby’s is exceptional!I was driving from Illinois to Georgia when I started experiencing problems with my van. Was able to make it to the dealership and Caleb the Service tech got me right in and kept me up to date with parts coming in etc. Caleb went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of with the right rental car and helped with transferring our luggage into the rental. We were driving home to Northern Illinois when we started having transmission problems. We pulled into the Chevy dealership in Dolton and was greeted by Ethan a great guy.
