The service center at Edd Kirby’s is exceptional!I was driving from Illinois to Georgia when I started experiencing problems with my van. Was able to make it to the dealership and Caleb the Service tech got me right in and kept me up to date with parts coming in etc. Caleb went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of with the right rental car and helped with transferring our luggage into the rental. We were driving home to Northern Illinois when we started having transmission problems. We pulled into the Chevy dealership in Dolton and was greeted by Ethan a great guy. Past issues with the Service Department corrected!
Rick Patton in Service stepped up and made good on a bad service experience in June of 2023.
Took our Jeep in for basic service in June 2023. Up front pricing was sketchy at best.
All service was not completed, and the bill was $40 more than expected.
Talked to 2 different associates and one of the managers. Final answer : That is just the way the computer prices the service and there was nothing they could do to correct this.
