The vehicles on this page are our older trade-ins. These vehicles can be purchased "AS - IS", cash only, prior to our Thursday Sealed Bid sale. The "Price" shown is non negotiable but is open to everyone, wholesalers and customers alike. Any vehicle not sold by Tuesday prior to the Thursday sale will be sold to the highest bidder in our Sealed Bid Sale. Only licensed dealers and wholesales may attend. In all cases these vehicles will be sold "As Is" no warranty or guarantees except for salvage titles.

  • Auction is held on back lot at Edd Kirby`s Adventure Chevrolet Chrysler Jeep
  • I-75 Exit 333, go east 4/10 mi. Right side of road just past Pizza Hut, across from Wendy’s
  • All dealers must be registered. Dealer License number and Tax (FEIN) number required
  • New dealers please bring a copy of your dealer license and sales tax number.
  • All vehicles will have stock #, year, and mileage, and title status on windshield. All keys will be left in vehicle. All dealers are allowed to drive and inspect all cars and can take them off premises.
  • Be sure to write your bid clearly and on the correct line for the vehicle you are bidding.
  • Be sure to put your name on the bid sheet before you turn it in. SEAL the envelope!
  • Bids will be opened “LIVE” in front of all present at 4:30pm . Winners will be notified Friday morning via email, fax, or phone based on your preferences.
  • Friday we will mail or email a bid list to all bidders showing the highest bid for each vehicle. You must have a valid email address to receive the email (quickest) notification.
  • All sales are final and all vehicles are sold AS-IS, except for undisclosed salvage titled vehicles.
  • Checks must be made payable to Edd Kirby Chevrolet, Inc. for each individual vehicle purchased before the vehicle can be picked up. Please add $25.00 per vehicle, which covers the cost of billing and paper work in addition to the Carfax and Gratis report we run on every vehicle for your protection.
  • We would greatly appreciate you picking up your cars by Monday evening of the following week.
  • All checks will be deposited once you are notified that the title is available. You will have the option to pick up the title or we will mail it to you same day U.S. registered mail if you prefer.
